Blueberry Smoothie Recipe
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup raspberries or blackberries
1 ripe banana
1 peach (fresh is better but canned or frozen will work as well)
1 cup ice cubes
1 – 2 cups orange juice (depending on desired consistency)
1/8 tsp cinnamon (optional)

This is a great basic banana smoothie recipe.

1/4 cup sugar

Strawberry Lemon Smoothie
1 cup water
2 cups strawberries
1 ripe banana (the banana adds a creamy texture and sweetness to balance out the tartness of the lemonade)
