Blueberry Smoothie Recipe

Berries for Smoothies: Blueberries, Raspberries, Blackberries
1/4 cup raspberries or blackberries
1 ripe banana
1 peach (fresh is better but canned or frozen will work as well)
1 cup ice cubes
1 – 2 cups orange juice (depending on desired consistency)
1/8 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt (optional) – makes for a creamier texture
This blueberry smoothie is refreshing and low in both calories and fat. You may wish to top with a bit of whip cream to make it look fancy and add a touch of sweetness. Enjoy.
