Fresh Peach Smoothie
1 ripe peach with skin (remove seed and wash outside well) Place ingredients in your smoothie blender and blend until smooth and creamy. For a more creamy texture you may add ice cream or low-fat vanilla yogurt (added calories but also yummy). Depending on how ripe the peaches are, you may choose to leave out the sugar and just add a touch of cinnamon. I like to add garnishes to make my peach smoothie look fancy – such as a slice of peach, or slice of lime, or even mint leaves. It is also fun to add a dab of whip cream at the top. Then your family and friends will think you are a gourmet chef, and you know you are serving them an easy to make and healthy snack. Add a dab of whip cream and some garnish and your peach smoothie will look beautiful.
Peach Smoothie
