I just came across this great fruit smoothie recipe and wanted to share:
1 cup strawberries (fresh is preferable)
1-1 1/2 cups watermelon
1 cup grapes (green or red)
1/2 cup canteloupe (without seeds)
1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 banana
1 cup ice
1 cup water
